Important to Remember

  • Upgrade dates: August 16th – August 19th.
  • All bank offices will be closed Saturday, August 17th.
  • Your account numbers will not change.
  • File your new debit card and PIN number away until after the upgrade and don't forget where you put it. Your new debit card and PIN number will arrive in two separate mailings.
  • Schedule your Bill Pays prior to August 5th on the mobile app or August 12th for internet banking. Payments scheduled for August 16th will be automatically paid on August 19th.
  • Keep extra cash on hand. Branch ATMs may be down intermittently during the upgrade.
  • Telephone banking will be unavailable after 6pm August 16th until the morning of August 19th.

Key Dates

Prior To August 16

Download e-statements for your records. Statements generated prior to the upgrade through online banking will not be available after August 16th.

A new debit card and PIN number will be sent to you prior to August 16th. This card will not work until August 19th, so keep using your current debit card until then. Note that your debit card and PIN number will arrive in two separate mailings.

Schedule any changes to bill pay prior to August 5th on the mobile app or August 12th using online banking. No changes will be allowed after August 12th until the completion of the upgrade on August 19th.

Bill pay payments scheduled for August 16th will automatically be paid on August 19th.

August 16 - August 18

All bank offices will be closed Saturday, August 17th.

Telephone banking will be unavailable after 6pm on August 16th through the morning of August 19th.

ATMs at the branch locations may be down intermittently during this time.

Online and mobile banking will be unavailable.

Beginning August 19

All bank offices will open at their normal times.

Your account numbers will remain the same so you will be able to continue to use any checks or deposit tickets that you currently have on hand.

Begin using your new debit card.

Telephone banking will be available.

Online banking will be available.

Mobile banking will be available. Remember to remove old mobile apps and download new apps at the App Store for iPhone/iPad or Google Play Store for Android devices.

If you have bookmarked our website on your computer browser or saved it as a favorite, you will need to first delete your old bookmark or favorite, and then either do a search for our bank or type www.pbkc.com in your address bar to resave it as a favorite or bookmark.

Your existing debit card will not work after August 18th, and your new card will not work before August 19th.

You will receive a new MasterCard Debit Card in the mail by August 16th as well as a NEW PIN. Please activate and begin using this NEW card on August 19th. You should destroy your old card after that date.

If you have automatic payments set up on your current card, you should contact those businesses and supply them with your new card information in keeping with the effective dates.

Note: Your new Debit Card will arrive separate from your PIN number.

Online banking will be unavailable from 6pm on Friday, August 16th until 9am on Monday, August 19th.

After Monday, August 19th, you will still be able to access your online banking from our new www.pbkc.com website. If you have bookmarked our website on your computer browser or saved it as a favorite, you will need to first delete your old bookmark or favorite, and then either do a search for our bank or type www.pbkc.com in your address bar to resave it as a favorite or bookmark.

The first time you log on to our new system you will continue to use your current Online Banking Login ID, but your password will change. You have been assigned a temporary password - the last 6 digits of your Tax ID number (TIN). You will be prompted to change your password during the initial login process.

If you are currently a Mobile Banking user, you will need to delete your old app and download the new app on August 19th (App Store for iPhone/iPad and Google Play Store for Android). The username will be the same but the password will be the last 6 digits of your Tax ID number (TIN) or the password that you change it to after August 18th.

For current Bill Pay users, your account information will still be available after the upgrade. However, during August 12th – 18th, you will not be able to add new bill pays or make changes to any recurring payments/transfers. Schedule any changes to bill pay prior to August 5th on the mobile app or August 12th using online banking.

Customers that utilize e-Billing through Bill Pay need to 'opt out' prior to July 15th so as to receive paper billing.

If you use e-statements, you will not need to re-register in our new system. However, we would suggest printing or downloading and saving prior statements for your future use. Previously generated monthly statements will not be available online after August 16th.

Please note that your new statement will not be available until your account statement cycle has occurred.

If you are new to e-statements, upon registration, you will receive an email notifying you when your statement is ready to view. You may register for e-statements beginning August 19th. If you elect not to receive e-statements, do nothing; you will continue to receive your statements in the mail.

Note: All customers will receive a paper statement as part of the upgrade process.

After the upgrade customers using our Touch Tone Banking System will be assigned a temporary password which will be your full Tax ID number. You will be prompted to change your password during the initial login process.
